This is exactly - exactly - what I like about photographs -- what escapes our capture. I sometimes wish I could write like my bad photos - more concerned with showing what is getting away from me -- the movement, the departing shadows, the accidental juxtapositions, reflections. I almost think that if I could write badly like that it would be better than working to write well.
And I loved these desert pictures. The richness and spareness at the same time.
I scrolled two this twice. Once to look at the pictures. Once to read the text. So I was doubly treated, now wasn't I?
